Mr. Hakobyan has more than 8 years of consulting experience in rule of law and justice reforms projects, the legal framework of e-commerce and e-governance.
David SANDUKHCHYAN – Senior Legal Adviser and Cyber Security Expert with more than 15 years experience in telecommunication, cyber law, international cybercrime legislation and personal data protection. Mr. Sandukhchyan has extensive experience in settlement of telecommunications disputes, regulatory and untitrust litigations. David Sandukhchyan also holds Information Security ISO27001 Lead Auditor Certificate by PECB international and Advanced Certificate in Cyber Security from York University (Toronto).
